Costs, made simple
Every candidate comes with a confirmed rate. Role, seniority, working setup and equipment are reflected before you commit.
Security deposit + prepaid month. Your quotation confirms the full setup and payment schedule.
Screening, payroll, compliance, benefits and retention support. GEO Plus adds USD 500/month for about 4 hours of advisory support.
PC rental from USD 20/month; specifications and policy vary by role. Private, branded or sensitive office setups are quoted separately.
USD service fees and add-ons are shown separately from the candidate rate. Final currency, scope and terms are confirmed in your quotation and agreement.

Clear terms before offer
Know the support, costs and guardrails before you commit.
GEO employs and supports the dedicated person you choose while you direct their work. GEO Plus adds about 4 hours/month of advisory support for operations, proposals and strategy at USD 500/month on top of the GEO fee. Managed Teams/BPO means enspace runs a function and manages daily delivery, quoted by scope.
Yes. We source and vet candidates, then you interview and choose from 3–5 finalists with confirmed rates. Screening is included in GEO. RPO is also available for recruitment into your own entity; its scope is quoted separately.
GEO includes a 6-month replacement guarantee: we re-run the search and place a replacement at no additional GEO fee. You cover the work already delivered. The agreement confirms the guarantee conditions.
The standard term is 12 months. Early exit settles only the accrued severance provision, with no penalties. An annual review cap and fair exit terms are confirmed in the agreement before you commit.
You direct priorities and daily work. Remote setups include account support and monthly engagement reporting; hosted setups add on-site oversight. NDAs and IP assignment are standard, with access-controlled campus, dedicated fibre and device policies available.
We match to your stack and train on your tools in our Academy. Cebu is two hours behind AEST, supporting full-day overlap. Your required schedule is agreed during the brief.
Monthly cost is the confirmed candidate rate plus the USD 250 GEO fee, or USD 750 for GEO Plus. Initial cost is 2 months upfront plus USD 500. Optional desk hosting is USD 150/month, PC rental starts at USD 20/month, and private offices are quoted separately.
